Customer service

Customer service continues to improve rapidly in china. We are staying in the lily hotel in hangzhou. It is a very nice hotel near zhejiang university with mainly Chinese clientele. They have treated my family and me very politely, responded to all of our requests quickly. They don't speak a lot of English but enough to communicate with us.

It is noticeably improved from earlier trips.

My wife's only rather mild complaint is the way they answer the phone with an abrupt "what do you want?"
